Dip consists of 3 cheeses, fresh sauteed spinach,
garlic, onion and cream baked until golden bubbly;
served with crostinis and pita wedges.
Mushroom Boat
Mushrooms sauteed in butter and garlic finished
with white wine and herbs.
Honey Djion Chicken Strips
Chicken breast strips marinated with Dijon and toasted
crushed mustard seeds baked until tender and juicy
topped with honey mustard vinaigrette.
Flat Iron Beef Satay
Spicy sesame ginger grilled beef skewers topped with
tahini soy vinaigrette and garnished with crispy
wonton strips, toasted sesame seeds and green onion
Baked Prawn Scampi
6 succulent prawns baked in our house made garlic
whipped butter. Served with slices of warm
baquette.
Creamy Cauliflower Bake
Fresh Cauliflower florets in a garlic herbed cream
sauce finished with parmesan and our 3 cheese
blend and then baked until bubbly and golden.
